Appalling service
I bought White star maize meal at Game Tubatse Crossing on the 24th of December 2018 when I got to open it it was full of bugs an filth . I immediately went on to their social media platforms to report the matter i was advised to send through my email and contact details of did still nothing . I then went an sent an email to customer care service where I got this number as my service request (31149) has been received is being reviewed by our support staff.
However it got quite after that then on Thursday the 3rd of January 2019 I got another message saying the matter is still under investigation.
