Appalling delivery policy & level of service

I am sitting with a situation where I purchased goods on the 30th Aug for the office: x2 Defy 348L Bottom F/Freezer W/Disp x1 LG 42L Electronic Grill Microwave Black x1 Always Home 20 pc Porcelain Square Dinner set x1 HP Financial Calculator 10Biit

It is down right astonishing how Game has such an unstructured delivery policy. So much for ''All items ordered will be delivered within 5-7 working days.'' which is what's not happening. Instead we are being sent from pillar post. It is now more than 10 working days since the date of purchase.

I truly regret having used Game online purchase.
