Appalling Customer Service Policies

I bought an ironing board at game and it broke apart but took it back and they gave me a voucher and I got another one. On Saturday I had to take it back because it was once again falling apart though it costs R499. Because I didn’t have a slip nor a bank statement to back up my purchase they refused to take it. It’s high time South Africa wakes up from this ****************. They sell us cheap rejects are high prices and because you don’t have a slip from over 6months ago then you’re on your own. They refused to exchange their product that was falling apart right in front of them. I had to spend another R500 hard earned money I don’t have and buy another. I’m literally disgusted. I left that ironing board there as my house is not a dumping site for their rejects.
