Appalling customer service Game Rosebank

Yesterday morning my son and I drove to Game Rosebank to buy a vacuum cleaner. One of the salespeople there Melokuhle attended to us and eventually convinced us to buy the Genesis Hydrovac. We got home and about 2hours later my son unboxed the vacuum trying to assemble it for use.

To his surprise, it had 3 wheels instead of 4. He picked up the phone to call the store and inform them. The lady nonchalantly told him to bring it back to which I asked the question "who is going to cover traveling costs to and from Game since we don't live in Rosebank?" She then chose to transfer me to the floor after saying I will have to cover those costs and I refused.

A gentleman who told us he was Siyabonga answered on the floor and also told me to bring the product back and I asked him the same question about my petrol for a fault which is not mine. I asked for the floor manager and I was told he's off, I then left my number and asked that the store manager call me with a solution to this mess. I later got a call from Melokuhle instead and told him what I told his colleagues that I won't spend my petrol driving to Rosebank to correct what the store should have made sure was correct in the first place. I told him that they'll have to bring me a complete product and pick up the faulty one at the stores cost and not my own. He asked to call me back to which I agreed. This was at 15:07, at 15:19 he called to say the driver will bring me a new product and collect the wrong one and took down my address. Surprisingly at 15:40 he called again to say the driver is delivering stuff elsewhere and cannot deliver my vacuum but he will bring it first thing tomorrow morning meaning today 10 December. I then agreed and asked what time is first thing, I was told 10 or 11 in the morning.

It is exactly 17:13 as I am writing this and no driver arrived, nor did the store call to check if I've received my goods! The level of disrespect and disregard from Game Rosebank after I had even spent more than I had intended for the product I had wanted is appalling! I'm stuck here with a vacuum cleaner I can't use whereas I bought it to use it and not because I don't have enough decoration in my house.

I will never buy anything from Game stores again and in actual fact I want my money back because their lack of service shows how I wil still struggle in the future. They are only interested in making sales and not customer service.
