Appalling customer service from Game Stores

I ordered heaters online at Game on the 9th of August 2022. On the 15th of August I received an sms notifying me that my order had been delivered. I called my client on the 16th to find out if they had indeed received the items and they said they did not. I called the Game contact centre immediately and I was told that the order had been delivered. The lady that was assisting me went on to say that she would contact the courier to find out who had signed for the order, and she would revert back to me once she received confirmation from the courier as to whom had signed for the order. She never reverted back to me, instead I had to call the contact centre again on the 17th. The lady that I spoke to on the 17th told me that the order had not been delivered and that it was still with the courier company, however she also said that the order would be delivered by Friday the 19th. The 19th came and I called the Game contact centre again to confirm if my order would be delivered. The lady I spoke to let me know that my order was still with the courier company, so I requested that she give me the number of the coucompany so I could liaise with them myself since none of contact centre agents ever called me back with feedback. I called the courier company and I was told that my order was still with Game. I called the Game contact centre again to get clarity and this time I was told that my order was still with the courier company in Johannesburg. On Sunday I received a call from at the Game customer support centre and they told me that they would call the courier company to fi d out when delivery would be made. On Monday I was called back again and told the courier company would deliver on same day (Monday, 22 August). The same day I received a call from the courier company asking for my client's number. To this day Game has failed to deliver my order, even though when I placed the order I was told that the order would be delivered by 18 August. I have been sent from pillar to post and I stand to lose a lot of money due to their incompetence.
