Appalling Customer Service by Game Garden Route Mall

Dear Game,

Bought a Trojan TR500 Treadmill on special for 7999.99 from your Garden Route Store, George. It arrives on Saturday as agreed, and it was assembled step by step as per the Instruction Manual.

To our disappointment it doesn't even start, nor even turn on for that matter. Brand New, Out of the Box.

So we go about calling Game George store, and after continuous calls, Noone answers. So my Fiance calls Game Head Office and a lady is kind enough to assist, even by trying to call them herself. To no Avail. So Monday arrives and she had gotten hold of them. And the Head Office lady advised them to call us.

They did, and after explaining issue to them, the Game representative at George Garden Route Mall tells my fiance oh she has to contact Trojan herself. Which she states it is not her responsibility as the Treadmill was bought 2 days ago from your store, faulty. The Game Rep then calls back after contacting Trojan, and Trojan contacts my Fiance, who then has to send numerous documents to Trojan themselves. And at this point we are waiting for Trojan to give us feedback, where Game had barely offered any assistance, nor even tried to fetch the Faulty item (which delivery was paid additionally for).

I will never in my Life purchase any item from the Game Garden Route Mall store again, due to the Lack of Customer service.

Upon feedback from Trojan, I will update post.
