Appalling, below-par service rendered.

I stood for almost 30 minutes at Game : Jabulani Mall this morning because a lady named Zanele or Zandile was supposed to help dispatch my online order and she was nowhere to be found. Thank you to a gentleman named Tshepang who came to my rescue. If it wasn’t for him, I would’ve stood there for an hour or more. That’s no way to treat paying customers. I wasn’t there to borrow money, I bought your lame products online. Customer service classes should be conducted to all staff ASAP!!!!!!! 🤮🤮🤮
