Appalling after sales service

I purchased a washing machine at Game Brooklyn Pretoria on the 27th Nov 2023, it's the 7th of December and I haven't received the machine or a call to say that there's a delay in delivery or anything to update me, so I called the store and the gentleman i spoke to said he'd call me back after resolving it on his end, never called back, i tried calling on 3 more occasions to the same effect. I then proceeded to call the customer care line and was told there was an issue with finding the address which isnt accurate because i checked again and its the same one ,no one bothered to call and try to verify the Address.

I have now spoken to 3 customer care agents, the store manager and guess what I am still without a washing machine

Appalling after sales service , what really irks me is that I'm the one doing all the follow up, meaning if I didnt call this wouldn't even be looked into as they say to no result thus far

And they all use the same call reference so I'm not sure how they pull calls
