Appalled by your lack of service

Listen RCS/Game, am really appalled by your service. I only received email responses right after I posted this complaint. Someone by the name of Adi called me on Sunday and I missed their call and tried calling the number back but it was constantly engaged and they never bothered to call back. I then called your call centre back again and some lady I spoke too had an audacity to tell me that the claims takes up to 4 weeks. Is this the service you pride yourself in, especially, I’ve been a loyal, well paying customer over the years?? Am convinced that are you doing this deliberately so that my insurance will lapse.
