Appaling Service Game

Around December 2020 I bought a few alcohol from GAME Liquor in menlyn, when I got home checked the receipt and realized I have 4 Belgravias but the receipt list 5. I immediately phoned the store spoke to the manager and he checked the surveillance and confirmed and acknowledge the mistake on their side and said I can come to the store for a refund or get another bottle. Fast forward I went to the store later that month when I explained my issue to the security guard he remembered the case and also acknowledged the mistake then told me the manager is in a meeting I have to come back another time I was not happy about this. I logged a complaint with Game call centre. Days later other manager from the store calls and apologized and told me he will email me and I should reply with a copy of my receipt to this day I have not received an email nor communication from them. They messed up why should I be the one suffering and going through all the trouble to correct this
