APPALING SERVICE FROM GAME BLOED MALL

I bought a fridge and a stove on the 3rd of Feb 2018 at Game Bloed Mall,the Fridge was delivered the same week,as for my stove,there's no sign of it,when I call I'm told they are still investigating. There's absolutely no feedback on their part,I'm always the one calling,very bad service!
