Apaulling service from Game stores Centurion

I am utterly disgusted by the service Game stores has offered. I purchased a fridge on Friday (02/02/18) I was advised that the fridge would be delivered on on Saturday between 12 and 5pm. I waited but no fridge was delivered, I called Game stores Centurion after 5 on Saturday to let them know that my fridge was not delivered, I was told that it was in status 3 which meant it was on the delivery truck already and on its way, still I have not received the fridge. I followed up with Game stores on Sunday morning to let them know that I have STILL not received my delievery, I was advised that I will be getting a call within the cause of the day for he fridge to be delivered, it now just before 5 and I just got off the phone with Game stores ( Edwin) I am now told that the warehouse is closed. Uhm what happened to service delievery? I bought groceries and have no fridge to put my stuff in. This is the worst service ever, especially from a "reputable" store!!!!
