Another Creditor that is happy to give credit but unwilling to send a settlement letter

Acc no: ********** ********** 72152 - Every time I ask for a settlement amount you guys come back and ask for more money - I have been asking for a settlement figure since 25 August 2017 - and today I am told again there is still R249.05 outstanding. This too has been paid. Today. You should not have *********** people working in your accounts department. I want this account closed and a settlement letter sent to me urgently - waiting until the 10th of the month is simply not good enough. I will also be registering a complaint with the credit ombudsman against Game. Game is very quick to give credit but when the debtor pays and pays in full Game makes our lives hell trying to get a settlement amount and letter out of you - you keep shifting the goal posts - not acceptable at all !!
