ANNOYED GAME STORE CUSTOMER

I bought a Defy Washing Machine in 2019 March on the 18th from Game Stores online. Delivery was made successful and I was happy. The Washing Machine stopped working while I was doing laundry and to my knowledge the washing machine is still under warranty. I logged a query with Game and I someone by the name of Buso Sasanga has been assisting. They asked me to send the emails ive received when purchasing the washing machine which I did but they stopped responding to my emails. its been going on for 5 weeks now and im not getting any Joy. And no one is giving me feedback. Instead I was told they cant pick up the order. The reference from the emails ive been getting is 611204.
