Annoyed customer

I Bought 50" sinotec TV netflix at Game on the 30 of September the TV was checked I also saw it ,it was fine and I was asked to go and get the trolley and pay for the bracket I bought and I came back and took the TV but when I got home to plug the TV ,the tv was cracked inside there is no visible damage to the outside because you can only see the crack when the TV is on. and when we return the tv the following day they are saying we bumped the TV and they are refusing to show us the camera footages to make sure that the TV was not swap when I was sent to get the trolley I am so annoyed and heartbroken I WANT MY REFUND please be careful (but the TV was took for assessment we are waiting for the feedback) I hate game Store
