Angry 😠 customer

Zevenwacht Game toady I yesterday I went to go get cash sent from Capitec security sent me to the till told me to buy got there cashier said no go to money market stood in the q a coloured guys working there told me to wait for some lady cashier wearing glass waited then after a q she told we sisi we don't do that anymore after all this wait my question is if game is no longer doing it why did they not infor after all these q worse it's the 30 was very upset hope is not doing it anymore hopes she just didn't feel like doing it. Very bad service
