Angry customer

I handed in my tv at GAME store Parow Center on the 16 October 2021. I was informed it will take 21days to fix. 2 weeks later I received a call from game and the gentleman informed me it would be r700 and I informed regarding the warranty he said he would call them..a week later I was called and told the quote was send thru for payment. Now I'm called and informed due to extended warranty it takes 6 to 8 weeks before I can get my tv. I don't have another tv and there is nothing in the terms and conditions about 6 to 8 weeks and they are waiting on the extended warranty people to give go ahead to pay over the money
