Angry customer

Went and bought a freezer last week Friday paid cash, was told I will receive delivery either Monday or Tuesday. It's Friday been calling the whole week and given excuses about it not been delivered quick to take your money but nobody gives you the time of day to let you know what's happening. The service is up to **** and Andile don't come back to a person to advise on what is happening. I'm tired of this **** if I can get anyone to assist in taking me to the store I would but I don't drive. So far I feel like telling them I want my money back as I got empty promises.
