Angry customer

I ordered things yesterday so it was arranged to be delivered today what makes me angry most is seeing that they decided to cancel the delivery without informing me and worse they are giving me different reasons why they ddn’t deliver they realise in the morning whatever reason it maybe that I won’t receive it at 10h28 no one bothered to call or send a message until now when I stated asking questions. I spent the whole day waiting and tomorrow still I’ll spend another day waiting for them. Hope someone will start doing their job and take it serious cause time is precious we have other engagement to attend to the same way they made me confirm the delivery they were supposed to use it to apologise this is no one to operate such a big budiness
