Angry cudstomer

I am very angry, On the 24th of September i went to the mall of the south at game store to shop I bought 6litres of milk which was 1 2litre of low fat milk and 2 2 litres of full cream milk but to my surprise when I got home the milk inside had expired and the expiry date is on the 30h of September. I called game head office to lay a compliant but I was not taken serious I was on the line for about an hour my airtime was finished, I called again later the same thing happened I was referred to various department and people I stayed on line again for quite some time being referred to one person to another and then some lady took my numbers down and said they will get back to me till now they haven't. I am very angry I have wasted my money and time and I was not taken seriously.
