Angry as hell

We bought a washing machine at Game And within 6months it stopped working Now my mum went to Game In Rosebank to report the matter as I had already emailed them and it's been a month they haven't responded to my mail So she was at the store yesterday 27 May 2023 She arrived at 12:00 , and a guy by the name of Bonnie didn't wanna help her Bonnie he only sent my mom to the customer service and the store manager came Busy on his phone with his personal matters While my mum was trying to talk to the manager, the manager ignored her and continued on his phone. As soon as a white person arrives in store they all rushed to assist that person but as soon as a black person arrives no one is willing to help or even work My mum was assisted after 2 hours while they were helping people who were behind her. And Bonnie tells us that maybe they will fix the machine Maybe they wont fix it Yet the machine has 10 years warranty Game has disappointed me so badly Every elderly person will be treated as **** 💩 because they can't say anything
