Angry and very disappointed customer

I'm very angry and disappointed at the same on Game retail store, I ordered 2 pots that was on special (31-10-2021)they dilivered on (02-11-2021)the order was totally different frm what I've ordered.,it was a mental lid instead of a glass, terrible black casserole pot instead of a glass pot which they advertised. I sent the order back and sent them an email till today I'm still waiting for my pots.
