****** and poor client service

I visited game springs mall today to return a battery for a generator and one of the staff members call a so called "manager " Michael Khumalo who came 30 minutes later claiming he was busy with other clients, he did even have a decencyt o greet me. He then told me I need to buy a new battery and it was my responsibility to check if the generator is working or not and he left me to attend to a white guy who came while he was talking to me. He assist that guy swiftly with out asking any questions and he had a big smile in his face and when I asked why are things differently when it comes to white clients he started threatening me saying he will come to my work place. I'm really disappointed that a big store like game will hire an *********** manager who is ****** not forgetting rude as hell. As a result I'm still stuck with a generator that I but with a lot of money and not working. I was humility by a manager and made me feel like im less of a human being because of the color my skin
