Ambigious advertising in Game Cyber Monday deal

If I could give this a zero I would. On Cyber Monday I purchased a Samsung J7 Duo for R2750 plus extra R50 for delivery. Upon looking at the phone description on their website and looking online I saw at this was a dual sim phone. The Game website made no mention of a model number or a disclaimer to say that this particular phone was not infact a dual sim phone. A week later the phone was delivered....just left at security because I was sick and not at work. No prior warning, no call to my cellphone...just left at a security desk in a business complex. When I got back to work I called to check why it is taking so long from the security ol yto find out that it was delivered. Thankfully it was safe and with the change of guards did not go missing. I opened the box charged the phone then opened the back to put in my sim cards only to discover that this is not a dual sim version!!! So I called game a few times on the 9th of December as this is in no way my fault. I was told because the box was opened that it cannot be returned. Mind you the phone has never been switched on. I then called again on the 10th of December because I really felt cheated and spend a lot of money in my books on this phone and was given a reference number and was told that the matter will be escalated. I have had no response since and have sent follow up emails.

It is indeed false advertising and the critical details of this phone that could only be purchased online was not made mention to the customer. I am still waiting for a response to correct this.
