Amazing service - thank you Lee!

On Monday, 6 September 2021, I e-mailed the manager at the Game store, N1 City. Later that morning, I received a phone call from Lee to say that because the stock on the Trojan products I enquired about was low, she'd set it aside for me, until I collected it later that afternoon. She confirmed product details, including colour that I wanted, and that I could ask for her when I got to the store.

My interaction with Lee was very impressive - she was bubbly and professional when we spoke and when I met her later.

Well done to the store manager and well done Lee - you made my day.
