Amazing service from Jenna Swartz!

Despite the challenges that loading deals (Games internal issues which was very frustrating and expensive despite the amount of time it took me to drive back and forth to the Promonade store :-( ) have thrown at this extremely helpful young lady Jenna Swartz, I finally have the Christmas presents for my kids that was missed due to Game advertising a deal but not having everything set up for upgrades. Not only once the deal became available did she secure stock at another branch for me but she also picked up an oversight that the KC branch never did. Jenna has been absolutely amazing! And while waiting in store to be helped I've seen her do that with every customer irrespective of the time of day shes always looking fresh and customer ready. Game, do not overlook people like this that has a passion for making shopping a pleasure dispite the bad taste of being messed around by your systems actually left in my mouth. Well done Jenna! Please keep up the good work, it meant allot to me.
