Amazing Customer Service By Pryford at Game CLEARWATER

I recently had an exceptional experience with customer service that truly deserves a five-star review! The young gentleman named Pryford, who was busy assembling a desk, dropped what he was doing to assist me in finding the right office chair for me when I went to Game Clearwater to buy an office chair. Having told him I was renovating my house, he showed me bar stools that cost R2000 each, and I was convinced to purchase two of them. In addition, he accompanied me to the tills where there was only one cashier, and after talking to a lady and asking her which till was available, he proceeded to service me from that till. He also told me about promotions that were currently running that I could purchase for my house and told me when they ended, and after I had purchased the chairs and bar stools, he told me about the warranty and told me to keep them safe and show them to the security guard. When I went back to the store the following week, Pryford was very helpful and knowledgeable, and I purchased a fridge, stove, front loader, and television from him. He went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied and even followed up on me after I received my items. His genuine kindness and willingness to listen made me feel valued as a customer. It's rare to encounter such dedicated support, and this level of service has certainly earned my loyalty! Maybe next time I come back he'll be a manager!
