amateurish and poor service!

I'm so disappointed with your service from game south gate mall on Saturday we bought 13 kg Samsung Washing machine that was on promotion we were assisted by a colored lady who told us that the drivers can deliver on Monday as they were fully scheduled for the day and they don't work on Sundays.. We normally get home around 7 from work the lady say the delivery guy come around 6 that's the latest time we then asked for the numbers for some of the drivers on our area she refused. So my husband had to knock off early at work on a busy Monday so that he can get home a bit early for the delivery guy, guess what they didn't come not even a call for an apology as if they doing us a favor we paid for the washing machine and the delivery machine therefore I demand my washing machine today the delivery guy must be there at 6:30 and you will wait till we get home, because yesterday we dd means to get home early then u decided not to come, you really inconveniencing us same thing happened the beginning of the month we bought Dstv Game SOUTH GATE MALL we had to wait for 3 days for the satellite dish to be installed, that's unacceptable we are paying for the services you must deliver. I DEMAND MY WASHING MACHINE TODAY!
