Always out of stock

I have purchased a Samsung 9kg T/Loader washing machine at Game Store in Southgate on the 24/11/2017 (Black Friday) and was advised that I will be contacted as soon as they have stock available, however its been almost 3 weeks later with no response. I went to the store on the 01/12/2017 and was advised the exact same thing "we will call you when there is stock available". How is it possible that items are being sold when there is no stock,
