Always out of stock!

I saw the promotion that Game had on the Russell Hobbs Dishwasher and wanted to purchase it but they are out of stock, made a trip there to go pay for it so that I get the promotion price but I don't see why I need to drive all the way there to collect it when they didn't have stock in the first place, it's not the first time they don't have stock of an item and instead of making some sort of arrangement to get it from a nearby store they could not be bothered. I live 80km's away from Game Kathu, and for me to travel up and down unnessessarily is frustrating and also costs me more in petrol. Now I must make a special trip just to collect the Dishwasher when they eventually get stock. I don't see why I should pay for delivery when it's them that never have stock. On Saturday it will be 1 week since I made payment so when is the store getting their stock???!!!
