Always hot and bad service

Game Somerset Mall is always extremely hot when I go there. Is the air conditioning broken? I’ve been there in summer and winter and it feels like it’s 35 degrees in there.

There are also no people to help in any of the departments except the electronics section. My husband and I were trying to buy a lawnmower and could not find anyone to help us.

On more than one occasion I have asked someone where something was and they just said they don’t have it without even looking (because they were too lazy to check) and then I found it a few minutes later, near where they were standing.
