Always home double protector does not fit my double bed

Dear Game. I purchased a mattress protector from your Westwood Mall in Durban. The item is clearly labelled as a double and the product name is Always home. The mattress protector does not fit my double bed. Please ensure customers are not sold reject items in future and I will be visiting your store for a refund.
