Almost a month and still waiting on my order
Very bad customer service, I have called them more then once and still this wasn't resolved, I bought a freezer on the 18th December 2018, today is the 16th January 2019 and I still did not received my freezer. Keep in mind that I payed cash for this item, they ignore me when I send emails or even post on the Facebook page. I hope that people can see how bad there service are. I'm done with game all they going to do now is say sorry for the inconvenience.

20 Jan 2019, 14:09Hi thanks for the automated response, it's Sunday and I still received that call from you guys, many thanks for the bad service you guys deliver, I receive my deep freezer on Friday, the say date I bought the item! How said no reimbur*****t from you guys even after all my run around for my own paid item.... Please people stay away from game online they promise 3-5 working days delivery ? guess what I received mine a month later ??♂️. .. And they don't contact you, u have to call them how nice.
