Almost 2 months later no response

I app**** for debt counseling in November, the 17.1 was email by the Debt counseling company and they received no feedback after the 5 days, they sent the 17.1 for final proposal and yet no response. RESPOND RESPOND RESPOND!!!!! When i personally called for the legal departments contact details to sort this out I was placed on hold just to be told \oh sorry only my team leader has the details for the legal department and they are not here now"ALL i want is the legal departments email address to send them the 17.1 and 17.2 and for this to be completed for my debt counseling to be processed """
