All talk but no show

I send email per email and no one has yet responded to an email since 7 May . I do not want to waste my minutes on a call that lasts 15 to 20 minutes. If you do speak to an agent they can provide the info but cannot supply a solution.Part of my order was not delivered since placed 28/04. it has not even been packed in the store but there is stock I was told.
