**** ALERT: Win & Scratch competition
On Saturday I was informed about Game’s birthday competition which involved scanning your till sleep to win a voucher. I did as instructed and won, when I went instore to redeem I was sent from pillar to post with no assistance despite providing the sms with the voucher number . This competion is a ****, Game is a ****!

Unfortunately, I can't access the link you provided, but I've managed to read the competition's terms and conditions at the following address:https://www.game.co.za/s/birthday-scratch-and-win-tcs This link was provided to me when I entered the competition. Clause 6 explicitly outlines how the competition can be entered and specifies that it's valid for both in-store and online purchases. While I'm still not satisfied with your response, I've decided to move on because I'm tired of the ongoing discussion.
