Alcatel 3T10 cover or pouch

I am not happy with service I received at Game Highveld mall in that I bought an Alcatel 3T10 tablet and due to renovations at the store I was requested to come back a later date to get the tablet cover with keyboard as they couldn't locate it on the day bought the tablet. I went back last week and now the didn't get the the cover and they actually told me they can no longer help me as the pouches have been thrown away. I can't get the cover pouch with keyboard anywhere now. It seems the tablet has reached end of line in my opinion. So if this is actually the case why didn't they tell me that when I bought the tablet so I could make an informed decision that if I buy the tablet possibilities are I will not be able to get accessories as it has reached end of line. If I can't get the cover and keyboard then I would rather return it or have it swapped with something similar. I am not happy at all with this treatment.. Mpoi Pitseng
