Air fryer returned - no communication

Bought an air fryer oven on 19 December 2024 at Game in Key West. When it warms up it trips the earth leakage on the DB board. I returned it on 13 September 2025 to be checked. When I returned it the lady at the help desk didn't knew that she is suppose to give me proof of handed in. I demanded proof but she said I would receive a sms. I got the proof that I handed it in but up to date no sms received. I phoned the store as well as the head office but NO answer. I think the right thing to do is to extend the guarantee for the period while I'm without the air fryer. I'm really disappointed in Game's service. No wonder they are closing branches
