Aggressive collection process for non Overdue account!!!

SO irritated by Collection calls on an account that is not even over due.

Forgot to pay end of Jan 2022 instalment, for Nov and Dec 2021 Game sent me an SMS with an OZOW link to make the payment immediately, I really appreciated this since I did not have their banking details and I normally pay at the store. For Jan payment I expected this SMS, and I kept forgetting to pay at the store when I go to a mall. After the 7th Game put my account to RCS collection, and amount overdue was double the instalment!!!

RCS collection for an account that is couple of days overdue, really!!! explanation is that game brings forward the next month's instalment when you miss a payment so the amount over due is double the instalment because it is for Jan and Feb. okay so I ask for banking details and I pay the Jan instalment and then made a payment arrangement for Feb instalment to pay it after Feb month end, although technically not overdue. NO, that was not enough, I get a call everyday reminding me of the Feb instalment because I didn't pay the whole amount. I am closing this account month end, your collection processes are too aggressive and treat people like bad payers after one late payment!!!
