AFTER SERVICE

I went to game in Pmb to ask for assistant , what happen is i bought a tv at game in 2015 January and i misplace my invoice i went there since they were the only one who can assist as i need to send the tv back as it is broken and the warranty is still active . But they told me their system don't go back that far and if they can try will have to give them a bar code on the box or i have to fix the tv privately . But then why do they take your id and details if it not kept for a duration of 5 years since the warrant is 5 years. Was so disappoint at their after service , and will never buy anything from there.
