After Sales Service Sucks Big Time

I went to buy locks for my house as I was not sure the contractor was going to supply them, never the less I bought them in drip and draps as it is an expensive exercise, I realized that I misplaced the slips and could not find them, when you moving everything is upside down, well I went and asked them to exchange it and they refused its not like I wanted the money back for it but the principal of exchanging it for something else of the value or giving me a gift card to the value of the goods, I just think that its terrible that it has to come to this when I spent a lot of money at game stores in Eastgate, The Glen and Alberton City for my electrical stuff and also my babies formula and nappies not even to mention the amount of stuff I buy for my garden and my pool, really find this very unfair and the staff members rudeness about this matter. If this is the case I will never buy anything from Game stores ever again not even a tin of Cold-drink ever again. Maybe Game stores got to big and now don't even worry about service any more!!!!!!<br>
