AFTER CARE SERVICE IS PATHETIC

I bought a KIC fridge in December from game, umgeni road, I had a problem and reported it in January, they replaced the fridge at the end of Feb. I have been having a problem with the fridge ever since, we logged another complaint in March, they sent our a technician, who advised us we need to log another complaint for the fridge as it is giving me the same problem as the previous fridge. We have been trying to contact the store for 3 weeks now and there is no answer.
