After all these years still no assistance

I had an account at Game many years ago. sadly I was forged to go under debt review. soon after that I repaid all my accounts and now have nothing outstanding. However......my game account show an amount of R155 in arrears. I have called, emailed, begged and even been to see them in Welkom. they all tell me to just leave it as is as it cannot be fixed. i refuse to accept this. i want it off my name. i am even willing to pay a further R155 that i do not owe just so that my name will be cleared. please can someone make an effort to assist me
