Advertising with No stock and TV discontinued!

Game stores advertised a Sinotec 32 inch on sale until 24th March. Arrived at store and salesman immediately laughed and tried to sell me a Samsung at R400.00 more. I requested the Store Manager but the 2nd salesman arrived and insisted on helping me. This was going nowhere!! I insisted on seeing the store Manager and a lady Julia Mncube arrived. No help here either. I called the Durban Head office number who insisted that I speak to the Store Manager a Mr Graham Venter. In short, when Graham arrived (I guess polled by the head office call) he solved the issue at hand with one decisive decision. Needless to say that Graham turned a negative into a positive. You now have a satisfied customer. <br> The Game head office (Durban) handled an irate customer firm but adequately and referred me back to the store. This is how big companies should operate in my view - put the accountability where it belongs!!. Mr Graham Venter - You are the man!!
