Advertising suspended stock! Misleading the public

Im so disappointed in Game's service. Im desperately looking for a laptop to do my assignments and I filled my car sent somebody to go buy me a Connex laptop at Game after having shopped on their website finding out that they do have it and selling for R2999. When this guy arrived at the store, he was told it is a suspended item. I couldn't believe him and I called Game Kokstad personally and Sandile confirmed its suspended and that he only has the one displayed which I thought its fine I can take it, still he told me the item is incomplete!

This is very much unacceptable. I do not blame the store per se as they are just being remoted by the headoffice. What is it that Game is getting for misleading their customers? Having to spend my fuel, vehicle wear and tear for nothing!

I need urgent answers! The time that is also wasted!
