ADVERTISING STOCK THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE!
07/08/2015 - 8.30am - Went to get the 1 day only special of 2 Sinoteq Tablets @ R999 - 1 for my Dad's birthday (11/08/2015) and 1 for my son's birthday (30/09/2015). As the shop opened, I went directly to the cell phone section & upon inquiring about the special the staff said there was limited stock available & it was a 1st come 1st served. I was 11th in line. A man of Indian descent , who seemed to be a manager, came to us & spoke to the staff & told them that he counted 30 units of the special on the truck. He then left to go down stairs to the loading bay. After 30 min of standing there he came back & asked why they were not issuing us with CDC's. A male staff member called the manager into the stock room & he then came out to us & changed his story, stating only 10 units were on the truck. He told us to take the CDC's they were issuing, have our names written down, pay for the special & wait to be phoned.10/08/2015 i still hadn't been phoned. My husband went to get my money back as I needed to buy my dad a present for the next day. I got no compensation for my time wasted & I missed out on the 2nd tablet for my son. How can you advertise a special when there's no stock? DISGUSTED
