Advertising Promotions on a wrong date

Morning<br> <br> So yesterday I went to game to check out a Gas heater, when I got to Game Evaton Mall, there were a number of promotions, Handy-Andy and Domestos double special for R29 and Simba Chips 3 for R25 I think... my problem is these were advertised and displayed as ON PROMOTION so I took a few. When I got to the till I was told that the promotion only starts the following day,22 April 2015. So I asked why display it a day before for people to see and purchase under the impression that this was already on promotion because NOTHING was put on to say PROMOTION STARTS TOMORROW or something. I find this to be misleading customers,so I had to take back everything that was marked to be ON PROMOTION which wasnt until the next day and I have found that this happens a bit often at Game Evaton.. <br> <br> Last time I went to buy a Microwave which I saw on a leaflet ON PROMOTION but when I got to the till it was more so I asked they said it's NOT ON PROMOTION. Thanks to Technology I had to go on to my Smartphone to show them the Advert,so can you imagine what other customers are paying? if we have to go to a large store like Game and help people do their Job??? It's WRONG
