Advertising Issue
Game advertised a double laptop deal, 2 laptops, including 3G day and 3G night time data for 24 months. Contract has been approved, but just before submission, the agent notices that the system indicates that the deal is for a period of 36 months. The matter was escalated to Head Office for the first time. Head Office then only sends out apology letters to all stores informing them about the error, and refuse to give the deal to me as it was advertised.
