Advertising 9ct jewellery - but where is it?????

<p>I have trying - for the last 6 months - and the manager at the store at Eastgate can testify to this fact - to buy some 9ct gold jewellery at your Eastgate branch, with absolutely no success. You keep advertising that 9ct is available but all that is in your stores is bonded (that is as far away from 9ct gold as meat is from vegeatbles btw). Perfect example is what you are advertising online currently (see screenshots attached). 9ct gold studs (specifically the Dollar sign studs) and 9ct gold rings (specifically the eternity ring and plse make different sizes available) , - ok, great, fabulous, BUT WHERE??? Which store - because Game Eastgate does not have anything like that. I am just really curious - why are you still carrying bonded jewellery and why do we not have a wide selection of decent 9ct jewellery to choose from at Game Eastgate??? Game is now part of Massmart, and I shopped in America and they have amazing ranges and selections, why on earth does Massmart apply that same logic here in SA? Your marketing and offering delivery is shocking and quite frankly the 2 do not match at all.</p>
