Advertised Products,Certain Items out of stock

On friday 24 April we brought a green LeapPad3 for my son.When we got home we noticed there was no pouch included as advertised,I called the store and they told me they only had purple pouches..which I think is absurd when they have green leappads also.My hubby works close to Cape Gate and he went there looking for a green one,they also did not have.Yesterday we went to N1 city and they also did not have..How can you advertise items with certain products which are supposed to be included but yet the stores does not have.Can you kindly provide me with a store who has a green leappad3 pouch and deliver it to my closest store who is Parow Game or Zevenwacht Game.If you do not have I will have no other option but to bring back the leappad3.
